CorTek Software, Inc. was founded in 1997 as a privately held Nevada corporation, with headquarters in Las Vegas, NV.

Cortek's team members have extensive experience in Windows based control systems, high accuracy data acquisition, test and measurement equipment design, database technology, real time audio and video processing, audio systems control, and computer networking.  Cortek's mission is to use these technologies to assist innovative companies in developing the next generation of audio, video, and show control systems.
